another category. It was is strangly enough Computers/Artificial

Hello Henry,
I must mention before continuing, that researchers do not have any
privelidged access to information concerning the internal workings of
the Google index - so the information below represents my independant
research only.
No; unfortunately I believe your page is not currently listed on
either Google Web search or Directory, or the Open Directory Project,
DMOZ:
My reasons for this conclusion:
"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""
I have searched Google's Websearch feature; first 500 listings; for
the searchterm "Dog Enthusiasts", and also your full title "My Dog
Enthusiasts Page" without finding your page.
I have searched both DMOZ and Google's Directory for your URL, to no
avail.
Visiting your page with the Google toolbar installed:
http://toolbar.google.com/
the 'Page Info' feature reports no cached snapshot of the page, and a
Page Rank of 'Current page is not ranked by Google'. No links to the
page could be found.
Also, a Google Advanced Search on your domain returns no results.
The above suggests that the page is currently not included in the
database at all, rather than being listed low down in the rankings.
As you mention, the page is however listed on other search engines -
Alta Vista had it at position #1 for the searchterm "Dog Enthusiasts"
when I checked.
It *can* happen, I know from personal experience, that a page can drop
from the index, seemingly for no aparrent reason, only to reappear
shortly, usually on the next update of the index - so I would not
worry unduly, immediately, the page may well soon reappear. I can't
see any major reason why your page would have been deliberately
dropped, however you might like to try the resources listed below to
check your page, it may set your mind at rest somewhat to know 'things
are as they should be'.
I checked your site for a robots.txt file, which is used to instruct
specific search engine 'spiders' as to which documents they may have
access to, and found none, so therefore that cannot be causing a
problem - default behaviour is to allow all robots to index all pages
and follow all links.
