Antique Car Run:: New London New Brighton Antique Car Run The results from the 22nd annual New London to New Brighton Antique Car Run are available. http://www.antiquecarrun.orgHOME | I did a quick check of fares ex-SFO to London and they are in the $600 range (at least for UA). Will fares get any cheaper?
That depends, when are you going? Most likely, they will hover in that area until May or June, at which time they will skyrocket (~$1000-$1500) for the busy European summer season.

I agree. Q fares from the East Coast to LGW range from $428 (from ATL) to the low $500s for tickets purchased by April 10 for travel through June 15. Not so lucrative from SFO, where as8n will depart from.
If you fly DL, you can connect through ATL and earn 37,734 miles between now and June 15. Under $800. Add in any miles you earn for Medallion status. 25,000 miles are a bonus (not status miles) for the ATL-LGW-ATL portion of the trip in Q class. For departure May 15 and before, my price PHL-ATL-LGW (which was very close to ATL-LGW itself) was $512. May 16 and after it rose to $575. As mentioned this is a Q fare (required for bonus miles), which for Delta Medallions also allows upgrades on any domestic connecting flights. An int'l upgradeable fare (M class) is about $310 more.
