How do you link two forms together? Not using code - I am not a programmer! Thanks a lot and if you need more info let me know - I have a go button on my form and I choose the information and when I click on the button I want it to open up another form showing the info - I get an error - forms must be linked -

Please clarify:
You have 1 form (let's call it the main form) that has a dropdown box which you select data from.
You then want to press a button and have this open a second form (let's call it secondary form), and you want it to show the data that is related to the choice in the drop down.
Is this accurate?

The data source for the secondary form must include the value stored in the dropdown box on the main form. Then when you add the button, choose the following option in the wizard:
Form Operations
Open Form
Select the secondary form
Open the form and find specific data to display
Choose the field in the main form, and the field in the secondary form that are the same
Finish wizard to your preferences.
That should do it.
