So today I got my prints back from Wal-Mart, which I have had good luck with lately, and they totally screwed up my prints. Horrendous fold on all and chemical stains on a couple. Am going back on Monday to find a dayshift manager to fix it!
Here was my most important print of the day (which was chem stained, cropped, and folded) . . . .

RRRRRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, if they don't fix this I am done with them . . . .
AGAIN!!!!
I've had really good luck with Mpix for reasonable prices and excellent turn around time. Sorry about the screw up, that's a pain!
Wallyworld....lately my problem with them.....8x10's....they're cutting them about 1/4 inch short! It has happened several times now! I have also noticced that when uploading to their site...something goes wrong....they come back underexposed. I have had to bring the disk in and upload right there... I hate it because the machine is slow, usually broken and you have to wait to get the card adapter - and it does not play well with others... "tif's".
All places/people will make mistakes. How the mistake is handled is what I look at. Of course, if it becomes a regular thing, then obviously it's time to move on.

Maybe it's my monitor... but what's wrong with the picture?
I'd say never go back to them. One stuff up is one too many in my books! And not just with photography related things.
Image looks fine to me too but i have to ask if you're shots are so important why are you only using a supermarket and not a reputable developer??
I'm with Meysha...one screw up is one too many.
