♥thanks a lot♥
Foods that have calcium in them are things like milk, yoghurt, cheese etc..
But I don't think that will make a big difference, you just need to wait. Just clip them every now and then which makes them grow a bit faster but only a tiny bit and always clip them instead of filing them down as this weakens the nails so it wont grow as fast.
foods that hav calcium r milk, cheese, yogurt, milkshakes(i recommend these) and eggnog, almonds, etc. Fashion Toast: We can stare at the pink sky:: But I have no idea if they workmy hair actually grows way too fast! .. i live a train ride away from the city but still don't seem to make my way http://www.fashiontoast.com/2008/08/we-can-stare-at-pink-sky.htmlHOME |
wen it starts 2 grow a little, cut them a tiny bit
it shud grow, and then keep on cutting them a little bit until you want them to stop
also, ask ur mom or a nail profesional
a healthy diet will give You strong nails healthy skin and hair so lots of fruit veg water and calcium such as yogurts will get your nails growing nail and hand cream will stop them breaking if you want them to be long
put some castor oil on your finger evey night before bad it is amazing
There are certain types of nail polish that you can use when you want your nails to grow faster. I would suggest that you use some of that about once every two weeks, or however long it says is recommended. Also, it's really easy for these nails to break, so you might want to try some hardening polish. It increases strength. Good luck!
Step1
Getting your nails to grow fast is really about taking care of them and keeping them healthy. Nails grow about 1/8 inch per month but what keeps nails from getting long is more about nail damage and poor nail care than about slow growth. Taking care of your nails is about taking care of yourself as the nails are often the first thing doctor's look at to judge a person's general health.
Step2
Shape your nails from the outside edge toward the middle, moving the emery board in one direction only rather than sawing it back and forth which damages the nail. Soaking nails in warm, soapy water before pushing cuticles back makes for less scraping on the nail bed (the pink part of the nail).
Step3
Condition nails with the same hand cream used on hands.Keeping nail polish on will keep nails from splitting, tearing or cracking. When doing a manicure, choose a nail shape that is wide and more square which is less apt to break, rather than a pointier oval shape. Using an oily nail polish remover will also help.
Step4
Eat a balanced diet to prevent vitamin deficiencies that create unhealthy nail conditions such as peeling, splitting or brittle nails. Don't fuss with your nails all the time as over filing can cause weakening and other nail problems.
Also you asked about foods with calcium:
* Yogurt, plain
* Yogurt, fruit
* Milk, low fat or nonfat
* Milk, whole
* Cheese, including American, ricotta, cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese
* Milk shakes
* Eggnog
* Salmon
* Tofu
* Rhubarb
* Sardines
* Collard greens
* Spinach
* Turnip greens
* Okra
* White beans
* Baked beans
* Broccoli
* Peas
* Brussel sprouts
* Sesame seeds

I personally believe milk is the best source and it's also delicious. You can also take multivitamins or calcium tablets daily.
