I need 5,000 OnePass Miles

Welcome to:nnkl.com

  • I need 5,000 OnePass Miles for a BF ticket to Hawaii. I have no status on Continental so forget about bonuses. Some other restrictive things. I can only do it on either June 21st or Saturday June 22nd. The best I found was $315.00 from EWR-OAK and OAK-EWR. I would leave on Friday night at EWR at 5:25 PM get into OAK at 8:30 PM. I would then leave at 10:00 PM on the 21st and get into EWR 6:00 AM the next morning. I want to avoid paying for a hotel unless I absolutlely need to. I really just want to get the run done in one day. Can anyone find anything better? I could leave from EWR, LGA, HPN, or PHL. Thanks for the help.

  • dsimon, that is definently what I am going to do. Get 2 INSIDEFLYER Magazine subscriptions for 5,000 miles. I went to the website (insideflyer.com) and have a few questions. How do I get these miles? Can I order the subsription online or do I have to call. Also which subscription plan is eligable for the miles. Thank you so much for the help

  • JeffLewis2, I have tried to purchase miles from CO once. It has left a bad taste in my mouth however. The only time I did it the agent really, really, really screwed up the ticketing of the reward. It took a few agents to fix the problem she caused, so I am going to try a run to get the miles. Thanks for the response.

  • I LOVE EWR, just click on the following link, and it will walk you through the ordering process: http://www.insideflyer.com/continental

As you are ordering more than one subscription, InsideFlyer may call you the following business day to see where you would like your second subscription delivered to. Or, if you feel more comfortable, you can simply call them at: (800) 209-2870, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM MST, Monday through Friday.

As an aside, even though on the bottom of the page it states that it might take six to eight weeks for the miles to post to your account, my experience is that it takes seven to ten days - two weeks at the most.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. Have a great trip to Hawaii.

  • Not mileage maximizing, but I guess its time minimizing, you can do LGA-CLE-IAH-PHX-IAH-LGA in one day (leaving at 7am, returning at 11:30pm with a 50 minute turn in PHX (most likely the same plane) for $257 all taxes included.

  • I'm probably missing something:

how about buying 5k directly from CO for 125.00 then you've got your BF ticket for less money.

  • You could pick up your 5,000 miles by purchasing two InsideFlyer Magazine subscriptions for a total of ~ $120.00 ($59.95 each). The miles should post within seven to ten days, if you can wait that long to claim your tickets.
