Generally, I like the poem, but there are a confusing aspects in the poem. Gongs don't ding and they are two contrastng sounds. Gongs don't actually do anything; bells ding or gong, but cannot do both at the same time. The other confusing aspect is 'specters cast forth their light.' Specters are usually metaphors for darkness, terror, dread. I also feel the use of first person confuses the subject; is the poem about bells or about the poem's narrator?
Yes it comes in very well, I also like the rhyming of it all.
