I only have ten polaroids on there now (well fake polaroids) 10 is my personal favourite. Aspen Photo Workshops:: Do you have it? Many general college programs teach basic through advanced photography skills and it takes years. There are also private professional http://www.aspenphotoworkshops.com/commercialphotography/HOME | Making Art: photography, my gallery, and a rambling discourse via :: So, in the end, even though I still have the photographer’s eye, last week and paid for a pro account, which means I have to do something about it now. http://tatumweb.com/blog/2007/07/08/photo-gallery/HOME | professional photographers don't make much, and most of them are really only commission.
sorry :[
good eye, Adrian. keep your style. it's different and we're all looking for something different.
Very nice... very crisp... Did you use photoshop? In any case, I feel like you have awesome composition...
Fantastic! I really like them. You definitely have an eye for black and white portraits....which is not easy. The 2nd one (tattoo) is my favorite. You really know how to capture the right light. Beautiful. Well done :)
I definitely think you have the potential to become a professional photographer, although my only criticism is to get rid of the "fake polaroid" style. It seems a bit amateur. Other than that, my suggestions would be to buy a domain (www.yourname.com type of thing) to host your artist portfolio, and look into art schools.
Some good art schools in North America are...
Emily Carr

Otis College of Art and Design

...really depends what area you're in, but I would say that is the top two in the US and the top in Canada.
I must say... I was a little nervous to click on the link when you said that your amateurism shows. I really like what I see. I definately think you could make it as a professional photographer. Keep practicing, take as many photo classes as you can, join photography clubs, read about it... I really think you can make it. You have good style.
