On Thursday I priced tickets for Saturday departure for July 28th for DFW-BDL return. Ticket price was $298.
I had every intention of buying my tickets on Friday, but let it slide since there was plenty of time (or so I thought).
On Friday night price showed up as $328 on aa.com - a 10 percent increase. I need three tickets for this trip so we are talking about $90.
I assume that prices fluctuate for various reasons. Since the departure date is two months away do you suggest that I wait for a (possible) fare reduction or buy my tickets now to avoid an even higher fare?
