Everytime I open a specific Word doc, it warns me about enabling Macros. I don't want any macros in this document. There was nothing but an empty gray screen when I open the Visual Basic editor, just as it has been for weeks. So I was going to doubt you, but once I clicked around, I hit the "view code" and one little macro popped up. Nasty little bugger! I cleared it out and resaved my document. All seems to be better! Algorithm for lowest bid path:: In the example you gave, there are two problems. First, nobody has bid on division #3. Not all macros show up in the Macros dialog box. Have a look in the Visual Basic Editor (VBE) with Alt + F11.
