I am just getting into organizing my music into playlists. I found it easy to add tracks or entire albums and move tracks up and down but the playlist editor lacks the ability to delete/remove tracks. Whack the Current Track:: If you find the currently playing track is a real dud, quickly remove it from iTunes. I will delete the referenced track from the current playlist, because if our http://oreilly.com/pub/h/4372HOME | Adding and Deleting Songs and playlists from your iPod:: can be used to delete songs or playlists from your iPod; automatically and manually. (default setting), songs and playlists that are added or deleted http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1855?viewlocale=en_USHOME |
Am I missing something or could the playlist editor be improved with the addition of a delete button?
added the missing context menu item and the missing keymappings
You are correct its not there
I bow down to thee, O Grumpy Bastard
Y deletes if you are in the now playing window.
If you are actually in the playlist editor, then I'm sure there'll be a delete in the context menu, which is certainly mappable to a button - it may well be Y there as well.
Just updated to the latest version.
No delete in the context menu of the playlist editor:sniffle:
