I have searched for this literature over several days - there are many
bibliography references on the web and in newsgroups to same, but the
actual material itself unfortunately could not be found for free,
online.
However, I did contact the author and received a reply. Dr Kilmann
himself no longer archives this 1975 documentation, but he informed me
that "...Psychological Reports is
published in Missoula Montana by the University of Montana...to the
best of my
knowledge..."

We do own the volume for 1975 of this journal. The procedure to
request materials from the ASU Libraries requires that you contact the
