I was wondering how i would change ては as in 〜でなくてはならない into a more casual form of speach. Could I change it into ちゃ?

This is a long shot and I've been wondering it lately.:note:
ちゃ itself conveys the meaning of てはならない here, so you can just say 公平でなくっちゃ. (A small つ is needed.)
