The ONLY change I made to my system was to add an additional IP address to the physical adapter.
Before I had 4 IP's on one adapter under Windows 2000 Advance Server.

I added a fifth and the problem appeared.

Hovering the mouse over the tray Icon I see only 4 Ip's even though there are 5. It seems Outpost ignores the first and "sees" the last 4 - THUS - it thinks any info from the first "ignored" IP is foreign LAN traffic and blocks it.
And yes I have put all the IP's in the Ignore Hosts section, and have Trusted the Local Lan.
This meant that nothing would run from the first IP address out onto the net (bit of a problem as this was the Servers fixed IP).
So I removed the 5th IP and restarted Outpost and everything worked again - no Block trasnit Packets.
Is this a Bug ??
rodlogic,
I am unaware of any documented IP limitation. I will make an inquiry to see if this is by design or if it is a bug.
