I've met plenty of male cops that are assholes, too.
They are being forced into jobs they are not qualified to perform therefore they have to put on an aire of maleness. However, a female officer is twice as likely to use deadly force as a male officer because they are scared and weaker. It is the same in the military. We have to downgrade physical requirements so they can get in. Jessica Lynch is a good example hiding from the enemy rather than fighting.

also, i can only imagine what training in a field so male-dominated was like. those women probably took a lot of crap. no wonder they're alittle bitchy!
