There are lots of threads on here with the same sort of question, so a search will yeild some good results, but my advice would be to use your highest ISO(depending on the light, but your gonna need at least 800) and your widest aperature. I normally shoot manual, but if your more comfortable with an auto setting, use Av, so you can control the aperature and keep it open. Try to avoid using flash. Hope that helps.
