720p vs 1080i question Microsoft XBox 360. 720p for the games which state that as the maximum resolution and knocking back up again for the 1080i games?

i asked this question already and got no response. so i will ask again. does anyone using 1080i mode have this problem. i adjust the overscan edges and the rectangle box to a square in 1080i mode. when i go back to my music/photos all my thumbnails and icons are out of *alignment and stretched. if i do the same adjustment over except make the square a rectangle the icons and thumbnails look fine. someone give me the low down on pasting pictures here and i will gladly post some.. i am not sure how to paste a photo url link. * * thanks again for a awsome program!

i am using a 16x9 hdtv.. i can get the latest cvs but all i can do is look at them if you now what i mean.. so i guess i will wait and stick with using 480p. thanks alot for the fast reply. i will work on getting some pics to you.

pictures need to be uploaded somewhere first, then linked to from a post (using the image button).
as for 1080i, are you using a 4:3 or 16:9 tv? also, note that the 1080i code changed around the 9th of march or thereabouts, so it may have improved since then.
please get hold of the latest cvs code if you can, and pictures of what is happening are very welcome.
