I am 10 weeks pregnant.. Last night we went out for Chinese at a popular restaurant and about an hour after we ate everything went straight through me (sorry tmi), which I'm assuming was food poisoning... Do you think this could hurt the baby?
it wouldnt have been the food if it was only an hour proably just a bug but go get checked ive had that a few times myself the doctor told me the baby was well protected and not to worry good luck hun
if this is food poisoning you will need to contact a doctor straight away just be careful for your baby's sake
call doctor !!
No, that wasn't food poisoning - as anyone who really has had it would tell you. That could have just been a bit of a tummy bug.
With food poisoning, you truly believe you are literally in hell because of the pain, vomiting, diarrhea - all not ending for a few days. It's just awful.
Honestly, If it was only that once(that you had to go to the bathroom) and it was only about and hour after eating then it most likely was NOT food poisoning. Just an upset belly. If you are still going to bathroom alot, then you need to see a DR it could dehydrate you and that is about the only way it would harm the baby. Take Care. for one you shouldn't be eating out period, you sound be eating healthy home made recipes at home. make sure that you eat at least fish once a week, and NO ENERGY DRINKS!!!!! you mite also want to stay away from deli meat because of the high bacteria count. you need to stop eating out. stay at home make pasta and a steamed veggy, or anything that has a balanced nutrition. also talk to your doctor about taking a women's multivitamin, and to try to make it easier just follow what the food pyramid says about how many fruits and veggys you need a day. oh yeah no caffeinated pop or coffee
