I'm having a couple of problems trying to build a form from markup and using EXT fieldsets, is this possible or can you only use fieldsets with purely dynamic forms

It would be nice if you post the answer but I have gotten round it for now, no need to scratch your head.

Do you need someone to look into this further or have you resolved the problem?
I've decided to cheat and just put the HTML markup from a fieldset round my code, make it look nice and all that :)
