i think i've read something, sometime about xbmc support 0 seconds between two songs, so that albums (maybe especially dj compilation and the like) can play continously like they were meant to? or maybe it was with xbmp? if it can be done with xbmc, can someone tell me how? was it something about a .que file? hmmm.

umm, why cant xbmc buffer more of the current song and start loading the next one before the current one ends?!?
because mplayer, which is xbmc core player is not designed to do that, so currently there's no simple solution to sort this Windows Vista: Long delay when switching songs in media player ::
I also found out that the delay went away if I got rid of mfpmp.exe (the lameass DRM junk WM uses, even if you don’t use DRM songs).

i believe your talking about xbmp's support of cue files. an entire album would be encoded into an single huge mp3 file and the cue file would have the offset values of each track.
afaik this is not currently supported in xbmc.

ok. anyway this feature would be really nice, not only the one krakh3d mentions, but also the ability to play separate mp3s with no skipping delay.
