What can of subsidy does QX receive? These aren't EAS cities and the SCASD money LWS received was for OO flights to SLC.
Perhaps LWS will get a non-stop or a flight will be upgraded to a DH4 when new equipment comes online.

Have you sent AS a specific request? If there federally subsidized, Horizon is guaranteeing a certain number of flights per week. However, nobody says that they can't go over that number, but it may not be cost-effective over the long run.
