Hi.. i'm asking this for a friend who forgot to give his AS # to DL when he checked in (he didn't do the booking, so there was no number in his res either).
Does he need ticket receipt and boarding pass? Or just the boarding pass with the ticket number already printed on it? To mail to MVP desk.

Even if it is a partial cross-post, we aren't quite as pissy over here on the AS board ;) - I'd just fax the BP with a letter to the MP Service Center (http://www.alaskaair.com/mileageplan/faqs/credit.asp)
and point out the ticket # on the receipt. If they want more info, they will call.

I did this for a DL flight in late December. I mailed in just the boarding pass and got credit without any trouble.
