They won't include UA because of flyers like myself that fly on UA routes that are grossly late >50% of the time. If BizTravel was that foolish, I could probably make a mortgage payment out of this scheme.

Funny how NW is not included on the guarantee. Weren't they bragging how they were #1 in on-time performance in the most recent report from the DOT? I'm going by memory, so I could be wrong.
I just bought a ticket through them this weekend since Gomez has a $25 rebate for first time purchase, so we'll see if they live up.
