Weve been looking and while MGs been available for a while we cant find anyone offering it or anything like it and would very much like to do so. I received a very unclear international call from a person in Sudan using one of our local mobile phone company numbers. When I called back the number, I discovered that it was not yet activated to be used by the mobile phone company, and the customer care operator at the phone company had no record of such a call. How was this possible? I think there could be a few different reasons why you werent able to get a hold of the caller. You said this was an international call, therefore it makes me believe that it is a actual number, you just may not have all the information needed to call it back, country codes and such. Or it could just be your basic cause of interference.
You would be surprised how often this happens. What you need to do is get a hold of your carrier again and have them take a second look. If they say they are not able to find anything then you should suggest making a Trouble Ticket. This is a work order to have the network team look into the issues that regular CSRs dont have the access to.
