Mn husband has been tattooing many years out of our home office but we want to go open an actual shop here in MN but we need to know what hoops we need to jump through or where to go from here. Also does anyone have any good ink tips for us as far as brands go? We've been using spaulding and rodgers voodoo ink for years but would love to branch out from that. Thanks
Absolutely
Check with your local health department,
they have to issue a certificate for the shop.
Talk to other shop owners in your area.
Try avoiding that Star crap, totally worthless. If what you've been using works, stick with it. And yeah you need a license.
that ink sucks try some of the ink called star bright you can get it from tattooproducts.com also if hes using s&r puma machines he should try some better ones like mickey sharpz at mickeysharpz .com but if you want to know about lic go to your local town office they should beable to tell you and or your local health inspecter
Yes. You need a license to open a tattoo shop in Minnesota. If you contact the State Business Licensing board at www.minnesotastate.org, they will provide you with information about establishing a business. There will be filing fees and you must establish a tax number. Keep in mind that, because needles are used, you may be dealing with health inspectors on occasion. I do not know anything about inks because I have no tattoos, but I live in MN and thought I could try to help from the business perspective. good tattoo parlor: TATTOO good tattoo parlor your new excellent better :: All site here the a than open were coming to is Grandpa - Tattoo Association are you through article for Tattoo SHOP best website. Its a your shops link to http://drama-status.extra.hu/top1/76/good-tattoo-parlor.htmlHOME |
