European Online Ad Market Statistics, Forecasts & Ad networks and serving tech.
1) I am looking for detailed statistics about the performance (see
below list of metrics) of the European online advertising market, both
in the aggregate and for the following countries (listed in the order
of importance):
Germany
UK
France
Spain
Sweden
Italy
Netherlands
Finland
Norway
Denmark
Specifically, I am interested to know the number of ad impressions
(for the whole country?s universe of sites- whatever the most accurate
aggregate number available is), number of clicks, click-through-rate
(CTR), Average CPM rate, and any measurement of Keyword values (for
cost per click, or CPC advertising). As much historical and forecast
data as is available would be appreciated. Even if there is not
reliable data on the whole market, any reliable/sourceable data even
on an anecdotal basis will be useful. I am working on a comparative
chart for European online advertising markets, trends, performance and
forecasts, so data comparability would be a major plus (probably a
pipe dream, though).
2) In addition to market information, I am looking for a complete list
of all online advertising networks (the networks that actually sell
and place the ads on publisher?s websites), ad serving/insertion
companies (companies that provide the technology to actually
target/serve/track the online advertising), and ad targeting
technology companies (suppliers of targeting technology to ad serving
companies and ad networks) that are operating in Europe. Many
companies operate in multiple segments of the industry- typically ad
networks that have their own ad serving/insertion software& platforms.
Bonus part of Question: Profiles including financial summary (where
available), statistics about their business (ad impressions served,
number of publishers, number of advertisers, major clients including
advertisers and publishers, and any other statistics available) for
the top 5 players in each segment in Europe would be worth an extra
bonus of $75. Ideally this data will be compiled into an Excel
spreadsheet that can be emailed to me.

any clarification of any of the above. A partial answer with as much
specific detail as possible will be welcome.
