In part 1 of this article the basic steps towards goal fulfillment and success were outlined using the Desyatnikov Method. In part 2, a special note on how to maximize your efforts on each step, thus bringing you quicker to your goal is explained.
The Desyatnikov Method
Goal fulfillment and success from a structured plan, with determination, courage, and tenacity are applied with systematic regularity. This is the Desyatnikov Method, proved again and again in his own life.
Step 1 – Goal Setting
Be realistic, at least to the extent of possibilities. Dreams are good, and help build a new future, but pipe dreams are not.
If you wish to fly like a bird, your goal has to be centered on being a pilot or glider, or other methods that exist for us to fly.
Let your goal at least be grounded in reality, even if it has the height of a sky scrapper. Almost anything can be possible, but for all people. Each of us has our own gift to challenge impossibility. Use yours when setting your goal
Step 2 – Self-Analysis
Honesty is the best policy anyway, but in self-analysis, it’s the only policy. Make a list of what you are, and what you are not.

On the list, include space for what you really are and really are not. If your gift lies somewhere and your wishes lie somewhere else, note it. Try to see what you were meant to be, your greatest potential.
Find your greatest shortcomings, and then apply these to the goal you imagine for yourself. You will see what are aids to your goal, and what are obstacles. This list is for you only, so be true to yourself, and brutally honest.
This will help you later on, and not only with your goals, but to judge your own progress in life.
Step 3 – Planning
You will need a time schedule for the achievement of your goals. You need to know if you are early or late, or simply on time. Do not leave your goal achievement open-ended as regards to time. The Desyatnikov Method lets your re-address your time estimate, but requires that you have one in place.

Step 4 – Making Your Goals Public
Do not be afraid to speak about your goals, but rather, speak about them to whoever is interested and will listen. Get feedback; and you will have both negative and positive feedback. Find out who is honest with you, and those who patronize you. This is very important. Your allies may reveal themselves from this step.
Step 5 – Forming Alliances
No one ever achieved anything by themselves.
Everyone of us needs help, and more important allies.
You need as many as you can get, and you must note each ally’s interest in helping you. There will be those who help for different reasons.
Remember what they are and whom each belongs to. Your road will be full of allies coming and going as well.
When success comes, many allies will be there to “share” it with you, so to say. This cannot be helped, its human nature, and you must also be grateful to those who helped you on your way.
Step 6 - Creating the Success Environment
With your allies around you, and armed with your plan and personal attributes, its now time to create a success environment.
Sometimes this means spending money on yourself or your image, sometimes its means spending it on your allies.
Build up your environment of success, and success will come. This is the universal law of attraction. Nature arbores a vacuum, so if success is missing from your success environment, it will surely come.
