Friends, significant others, family members, and fellow students create a social balance to the work side of your life as a student. Spend time with people you love and who love you. Spend time with people that you enjoy being with. It helps to relieve stress and let you have a little fun now and then.
4. Seek professional help. Everyone needs a little help sometimes and if you cannot seem to get in control of your stress and coping skills, then seek professional help. There are on-campus professionals that can help you or you can seek help from a professional that is not associated with the school.
